Salsa Big Band para el bailador!

Javier Fernández, Puerto Rican pianist and arranger with vast experience in popular dance music, has been member of some of the best orchestras in Puerto Rico, including the one of Maestro Willie Rosario. In 1980 he began his work as arranger alongside such prominent figures as Ray Santos, Bobby Valentin, Jorge Millet and others. From his beginnings he created a style based on dense and aggressive orchestrations, drawing the attention of many producers and band leaders requesting his services for their recordings. Some of his most popular works are: “Cuando se canta bonito” (Willie Rosario), “No te vayas todavía” (Orquesta Mulenze), “La Cuica” (Orquesta La Selecta), “Noemi” (Orquesta La Terrífica), “Pensando en ti” (Gilberto Santarosa), “Maldita Suerte” (Victor Manuelle), “Alivia mis Penas” (Jose Lugo-Guasábara).
