Review: Viti Ruiz “No Mires a Otro”

We at NewGenSalsa.com would like to welcome Viti Ruiz to our family of artists. Viti was born in Paterson New Jersey, on May 5 1966, of parents from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Viti happens to be the younger brother of the legendary Salsa singer Frankie Ruiz “El Papa De La Salsa”. From a very young age in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico he was singing with many local bands and recorded his first song “The Student” which was a production by the Legendary composer Johnny Ortiz. In 1986, Viti joined his brother’s salsa band as a singer and in 1989, recorded his first solo record, which is titled “Seduceme.” And now I’m happy to say Viti is back again, with his Own Management Company, VRM (Viti Ruiz Management), and his new musical production; “Una Nueva Vida” which includes his new single “No Mires A Otro,” to be released at the beginning of the year 2014. This song was written by my friend Lino Iglesias who is arguably one of the best new generation composers in the industry and is the composer with the most #1 hits on our Top 70 Playlist. The track arrangement was done by Pablo Chino Nunez, who was also the musical producer of the album. This is a very good Salsa Romantica with a hard dance arrangement which should receive club play and will become a crowd pleaser for sure. You could purchase this single @
