Let’s welcome Flaco Navaja a very talented individual to the NewGenSalsa family of artists. I had the pleasure of meeting him about 10 years ago .This young man is a school teacher, Actor, Comedian and a Salsa singer. And I wouldn’t be surprised if I left something else out…Lol!

About the new single Navaja said: “This is a 100% independent pandemic production, a testament to the beauty of life, the resilience of the human spirit and the power of “un pueblo unido”.

Born and raised in The Bronx, Flaco Navaja is a singer, poet and actor. His music combines salsa and spoken word. He has a way with words that is second only to his way with a song. An equally passionate performer in English and Spanish, he is an ensemble member of Pregones Theater, where he premiered Evolution of A Sonero in 2019 to critical acclaim. SUPERESTRELLA DE LA SALSA FLACO NAVAJA LANZA NUEVO SENCILLO CÁNTALE A LA VIDA
Los Ángeles, California (19 de octubre, 2020) – La superestrella de la salsa Flaco Navaja ha lanzado su nuevo sencillo Cántale A La Vida, producido durante la pandemia del Covid19. El músico puertorriqueño, miembro del conjunto de Pregones Teatro Rodante De Puerto Rico, evoca la edad de oro de Las Estrellas de La Fania, un grupo musical formado en 1968 para promover a los músicos de Fania Records, el sello de música salsa más grande de todos los tiempos.

Un intérprete igualmente apasionado en inglés y español, es miembro del conjunto del Teatro Pregones, donde estrenó La Evolucion de Un Sonero en el 2019 con gran éxito por parte de los criticos.
